Photo Kiosk Systems are getting more and more popular due to the high growth of digital photography. As a result of this, kiosks in high commercial or industrial usages require their components to be serviced more frequently due to the increase in wear and tear. Ease of serviceability is the key to decreasing down time for the kiosk owner.

Also Smart Devices are getting more and more popular than using traditional point shoot
cameras. As a result of this, consumers are more likely to print their pictures from their Smart phones or tablets. Since there are many different types of connectors for these devices, it is hard for the kiosk builder to support them all.

The DR-7.5 has addressed these issues and by featureing Serviceable digital media kiosk reader with Smart Cable solution. The DR-7.5 has all the functions of a multi-card reader, but its main strength is its serviceability. It comes with Reader and Smart Cable module designed to be serviced without any tools. Replacing or updating the Reader or Smart Cables unit only takes a few minutes versus an hour or more using conventional card readers.

The DR 7.5 utilizes the latest USB 3.1 Gen 1 technology, it is the best solution for high
performance, reliability and value. This will also ensure that compatibility or upgradeability with existing or newer kiosks or PC systems.
